These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of chenil.in (the “Website”), operated by Chenil (“we”, “us”, “our”), based in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. About Chenil
Chenil provides cloud-based veterinary practice management software (a vet CRM) for veterinary clinics, hospitals, pet care centres and mobile veterinary services. The Website describes our software, offers demos and sign-ups, and publishes educational guides about pet care, veterinary services and running a veterinary clinic.
2. Using the Website
You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Use the Website in a way that breaks any applicable law or regulation
- Try to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its servers or any connected systems
- Introduce viruses, malware or other harmful code
- Scrape, copy or republish substantial parts of the Website without our written permission
- Interfere with the Website’s operation or with other users’ use of it
- Click on advertisements artificially or encourage others to do so
3. Chenil software accounts
If you sign up for the Chenil software, including through our software application at vet.chenil.in:
- You must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- You are responsible for the clinic, patient and client data you enter, and for having the right to collect and use it, including any consent required from pet owners.
- Our free plan is available for one doctor at one location, as described on our pricing page. Features and limits of free and paid plans may change; we will give reasonable notice of material changes.
- Paid plans, custom work and enterprise features are provided on the terms, pricing and scope agreed with you before purchase.
- We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms or are used for unlawful purposes.
4. Educational content is not veterinary advice
Our guides about pet health, vaccinations, emergencies, costs and veterinary care are for general information only. They are not a substitute for an examination, diagnosis or treatment by a licensed veterinarian. Always seek the advice of a qualified vet about your pet’s health, and contact a vet or emergency clinic immediately if you think your pet is unwell or in danger.
Information about laws, licences, fees and regulations, such as starting a veterinary clinic, may change and can vary by location. Please confirm current requirements with the relevant authority or a professional adviser.
We cannot give medical advice about individual pets over WhatsApp.
5. Intellectual property
The Website, including its text, graphics, logos, design and software, is owned by or licensed to Chenil and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own personal or internal business use. You may share links to our pages. You may not copy, modify, distribute or commercially use our content without our written permission.

The Website may display advertisements, including through Google AdSense, and may link to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, products, services or privacy practices of advertisers or third-party websites. Your dealings with them are solely between you and them.
